The History of RSM Construction, LLC

With 80+ years of combined experience, both separately and together Neil and Randy love building custom homes, built with honesty, integrity, quality and the best practices and materials we are allowed. To ensure that the homes and renovations we build stand the test of time, look beautiful and last for generations to come. We feel strongly that amidst the challenges that a new construction, addition or renovation will have that our clients should enjoy the process as we do.

The Company

Partners, Randy Manchester & Neil Ruscoe

After working together for nearly a decade under Neil’s previous company Ruscoe-Sedito Construction, Neil and Randy founded R.S.M. Construction in 2021, combining their extensive experience in the industry. Neil brings over 40 years of expertise, having built hundreds of projects and led his own carpentry crew. Randy, in construction since 1987, contributes his skills as a carpenter, superintendent, estimator, and project manager. The company uses its knowledge and experience to deliver distinctive, high-quality custom homes, renovations and additions with a personal approach that includes ongoing dialog with our clients.

After 40 plus years in the local residential construction industry Neil retired from full time work at the end of 2025 but continues to assist the company on a consultant basis.

Randy Manchester

Randy Manchester brings extensive construction expertise, rooted in a family of builders and tradesmen. His industry journey began with drafting classes in junior high, progressing through hands-on experience, a carpenter's union apprenticeship, and formal education in Computer Aided Design and Construction Management. Randy's career evolved from field work to project management roles with major New England structural steel fabricators, equipping him with a unique blend of practical and management skills. This diverse background prepares him to tackle complex challenges in custom home building and renovations, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. His comprehensive understanding of the construction process and problem-solving abilities make Randy an invaluable asset, guaranteeing expertise clients can trust for their custom home projects.
